- Lead the national estimating function across Water, Network Services, Power, Industrial, and New Energy sectors.
- Developed and implemented the Divisional Estimating Management Plan, ensuring consistency and governance across all submissions.
- Oversee end-to-end estimating from scoping and quantity take-offs through to executive sign-off.
- Apply first-principles estimating and validated market pricing to develop competitive tender submissions from $5M to $300M.
